Victorian Paste Amethyst and Gilt Metal Necklace.

19th century riviére necklace - faceted imitation amethyst glass stones mounted in gilded metal. Graduated stones, 1 cm diameter at front, getting smaller towards the clasp. Total length of necklace is 38.5 cm. The gilding has dulled with age, and one of the stones has a little nick out of the table, but overall it presents well and is in very good condition for the age.
