Shipping policy

All goods are shipped within two days of your order, unless Public Holidays such as Easter and Christmas occur during this period - which may stretch dispatch out by a day or two. Where applicable you will be emailed with a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. Some services do not use tracking numbers, such as standard airmail post to countries outside New Zealand. Courier services overseas do provide tracking.
