Victorian Brass Grain Sack Tester.

Antique late 1800s farmer’s grain sack tester - made in brass, with the pointed end being pewter or possibly lead. Hollow stem with round opening in the top “button” of the stick,  and an oval opening towards the nose. Rod measures 1.7 cm diameter, and 37 cm long. Very solid, heavy, good condition.
