Pretty little domed sovereign case, would make a beautiful pendant. Engraved with the initials Q.M.H. Measures 3.1 cm diameter and 1.65 cm thick. To open, press down on the knob in the centre of the bow. Sprung loaded for the coins. Hallmarked for Birmingham (England), 1909. (Edwardian period). Maker’s stamp is Samuel M. Levi, a well-known silversmith of the period. Very nice case in very good condition.
