Sterling Silver Snap Bangle.

Vintage bracelet, plain silver oval, hallmarked, by maker H & S, who were a company operating in New Zealand in the mid 20th century - many of their items were made 1950s to 60s. The bracelet is hinged, with a tongue and slot clasp, and provision for a safety chain - a jeweller can fit one to the existing lugs if you need  it. Such bangles are hollow, and many get dented. This one has two very small indentations near the clasp. Otherwise excellent condition. Item is 7 cm deep, and internally: 58 mm wide by 54 mm. Very plain and classic design. TSW: 10.15g.
