Sterling Silver Photo Frame, Chester 1916.

Plain silver frame, with good oak easel backing and stand. Hallmarked for Chester (UK) 1916, maker Joseph & Richard Griffin. This would be a good frame for a photo of a WWI soldier. It measures 17.7 cm high by 10.5 cm wide. It has a few very minor age-related extremely shallow marks, but to the eye is very good all round.
