Silver and Tortoiseshell Lidded Crystal Scent Bottle.

Antique perfume bottle - sterling silver cap, mounted on the top with silver-inlaid tortoiseshell. The hallmark on the silver is for London, 1912. The inlay on the top of the cap is ribbons with a bow, a small round initials panel (blank), and a lyre and a trumpet. Cut crystal base  with hobnail and swag pattern, with a star underneath on the bottom. The bottle has its original stopper underneath the hinged cap. All in very good condition - the only fault is that the shell on the top of the lid has some short cracks and a little chip on one side (see images). This is a very attractive item.
