Pair of English Sterling Silver Napkin Rings.

Pair of silver antique napkin rings,  engraved with flower heads in shields, with ornamented borders. Hallmarked for Birmingham, England, 1923 - maker’s mark is Smith & Bartlam.
The presentation panel on one is engraved  “B.C.” in flowing script, and the other has similar engraving of “V.C.”. Rings are each 2.5 cm high and 4.5 cm diameter. Very good condition, an attractive pair.  TSW: 32g.
