Pair of Antique Tassel Brooches, Silver Gilt.

Most unusual pair of brooches - diamond-shaped filigree work with a central flower motif, and the lower edges hung with small tassels. The material is silver gilt .The flowers have a faint reddish tinge. Each brooch measures 3 cm wide by 4.5 cm high, including the tassels. Very good condition, would date maybe 1910-1920s. Filigree was traditionally made in the Middle East, and India (with some from Portugal).
