Necklace Enhancer, Silver and Mother of Pearl.

Contemporary enhancer - you can clip it over your pearls or other beads to give a necklace pendant effect.
Natural oyster mother of pearl shell, with bumps etc. Very attractive - mount is sterling silver. The clip secures at the rear, and folds up when you are placing the beads in it.  Item measures 5 cm diameter. You can use beads or pearls up to 6.75 mm diameter. Excellent new condition.
