Old Chinese embroidery on silk, mainly black on the cream background, with gold thread motifs, and highlights to the central pair of black roses. Picture depicts, flowering trees, willow trees, a bridge in the willow pattern manner, small pavilions and lanterns.  Very attractive item, measuring (framed) 60 cm buy 31.5 cm wide. Some stains (see images) but overall very good early condition.
