Pretty cameo-set necklace, antique or vintage, with silver filigree mounts. Suspended on a chain. Total length of necklace is 46.5 cm (about 18.1/8 inches). The largest cameo including the mount measures 2.21 cm wide by 3.25 cm long. The other two are smaller, with a small variation in their sizes. Very good original condition, probably dates around early 20th century, and would have been made in Italy with the filigree work being possibly Egyptian.
