Excellent Edwardian period fish servers, with Mother of Pearl handles, silver-plated tines and blade, and sterling silver collars. They come in their original presentation case lined with dark blue silk and velvet, with gilded stripes on the rims of the box. The hallmarks on the silver are for Sheffield, 1902, in the reign of King Edward VII. The maker’s mark on the silver is J.Y, for the Yates Brothers of Sheffield. The silver-plated tines and blade are made by W.R. Humphreys & Co, also of Sheffield.  Slice measures 27.5 cm long, and the fork is 21.5 cm long. These items are in immaculate condition, they appear to be unused. Internally the case is also pristine, while the exterior shows some scuffs and a little wear to the edges. (Probably they have been kept in a cupboard or drawer with other items packed in and moved about).
