Antique NZ Shoehorn.

Metal shoehorn bearing the name of a Thames, NZ bootmaker -  “J. Hancock , Bootmaker, Pollen Street, Thames.” There is an engraved illustration of some fancy ladies footware of Victorian appearance. The metal shoehorn is stamped Made in Germany. Item measures 16.25 cm long. Very solid item, very good original condition.
