Vintage emerald/diamond cluster ring. It comes with a recent valuation. which describes the ring as having a gold basket setting mounted with 15  small natural diamonds - 11 old rose cut, 4 8/8 single cut with a size range of 1.85 mm to 130 mm.  The emerald is pear mixed cut, 7.00 x 4.7 mm with a total weight of .70ct, light bluish green.  Total Weight of ring is 4.31g. The face of ring measures 1.28 cm by 1.007 cm.  Pre-owned item, with "Moderate to strong surface abrasion and a small chip to crown corner.".  This is mostly unseen with the naked eye when worn.  The surface abrasion shows around the edges of the upper table, and is commensurate with age and wear. Flat 18ct yellow gold band measuring  0.449 cm at the shoulders, and tapering to 0.290 cm at the rear of the finger.  Hallmarked 18c inside the band. Finger  fitting is NZ/UK size R (USA size 8.3/4) with an internal diameter of 8.62 mm. This is a lovely ring, looks beautiful on the hand. Retail comparison cost was given at NZ$2259.00.
