Edwardian period silver trinket box, with silver hallmarks for Birmingham (UK) 1910. It also carries a registration number which dates it to 1910.  It has splayed paw feet, an Art Nouveau design lid and base, hinged top and silk-lined interior. Measurements: 7 cm diameter (plus feet) by 3.25 cm high. There are a few minor shallow indentations to the lid, but nothing that detracts from overall prettiness of this little box. There is a stain over wear on the rouched bottom lining of the pot inside. Altogether, a very lovely little pot from an era of great style.
