English silver plate tall jug, with horn handle and ebony finial. Beautiful lobing to body and neck, ornate acanthus design to spout.  Item measures 25.5 cm high and about 11.5 cm diameter (plus handle). Very nice condition, one mark in handle (see photo).  Maker’s stamp is for William Hutton & Sons, circa 1849 plus. Could also be used as a claret jug.
