Royal Bayreuth Hunting Scene Dish.

Early 20th century dish, probably an ex-ashtray, fine porcelain by Royal Bayreuth. Hunting scene of horsewoman and hounds  (she rides side-saddle).  Item measures 13.5 cm square, designed to sit on a diamond shaped orientation. 2.3 cm high. It has a chip to one rest, and some paint wear to the the unusual bars that brace the corners of the item.
