Fully illustrated book of the experiences and travels of New Zealand artist Peter McIntyre during WWII. Published by A.H & A.W. Reed. 240 pages. ISBN number 0 589 01384 X.  Published 1981. A very good read, and filled with the sketches and paintings of one of our favourite artists who had been appointed War Artist by General Freyberg. Book measures 28.5 cm wide by 22 cm high, and 2.88 cm thick. It has a dust cover, which has a little scuffed at the edges, and has a tape repair in bottom spine area. The actual book has a good cover, with one area of damage inside - some partial splitting to the interior cover/first page seam. Pages all in good condition.
