Victorian tea pot made in Britannia metal circa 1850s-1900. Beautiful embossed pattern of flowers and scrolls. Acorn and oak leaves finial to lid. Beaded edge to base. This was once silver plated, but the plate has worn away and left the pewter style finish of the BM. Would make a stunning watering can for indoor plants, or a vase, or just for decoration. It measures 23.5 cm high, 25 cm wide handle to spout, and approx. 14 cm diameter around the middle. It has ceramic heat-stops in the handle (to keep the handle cool so you could pour without getting burnt). Very nice condition. Extremely decorative.
