Quaint little item - maybe for a woman's handbag. Sterling silver hallmark for Birmingham (UK), dated  1920. Maker is Crisford & Norris.  Striped detail to rear and a bale for suspending the item. It has dents to the handle  - looks like finger dents, and the mirror is foxed.  An unusual little oddity. Measures 7 cm long to the end of the bale by 3.5 cm wide.
