Straight-edged, folding French shaver. It has its original box, and the rouge used to maintain the edge.
Brand Cootellerie Rasoirs, made in St Etienne by D’Armes Et Cycles. Very good condition - some black spots (steel does this), but would all come off with the rouge or a strop or very fine wire wool. Nice example.
