Early 1900s Silver-Cornered Purse.

Antique leather coin and stamp purse, with sterling silver corners to the front. Silversmith’s mark is J.M. and purity is 925.The front of the purse bears the initials D.A.Y. black pigskin leather front and rear, with interior smooth leather of dark yellowish beige colour. Interior is pristine. Outer leather has got the remains of silver polish showing - this should wash off with care. Purse measures 9.75 cm by 7.25 cm. Overall, good condition for the age.
