Vintage piece, showing the famous black and white West Highland terriers seated on a diamond-shaped base underneath the menu holder, the Black & White sign at their feet. Base was probably silver plate of some kind, but is now worn to a duller finish with a few marks on it (see images). The white dog has a few little paint losses. Item measures 6.5 cm high by 12 cm across. Weathered, but still a classic advertising piece. I haven’t seen a similar item in this form, so a bit of a rarity. Would date probably circa 1940s-50s.
