Rose Quartz Heart Pendant with Gem Stones.

Heart-shaped rose quartz, mounted with a sterling silver bale. and several gemstones: two garnets, a citrine and two tiny stones which are probably peridots. The bale is not fully closed at the rear, but this should not present a problem if worn with a good thick silver chain. Measurements: 4 cm high including the silver bale, and 3.5cm wide. It is 1.6 cm thick - a good substantial piece of pink rose quartz. Modern, pre-owned, but looks like new. Quite a good weight at 23.5 grams.
