Marcasite Costume Brooch, Maltese Cross, signed.

Vintage costume jewellery brooch, made by the well known firm Hollywood. Made in Birmingham, suppliers to the Woolworths of the day. They were manufacturing from around late 1920s to the 1980s. This bright brooch is a circle surrounding a Maltese cross shape, all mounted with marcasite, on a white metal base. Measures 3 cm diameter. Very good condition - 2 tiny stones missing, but you wouldn't notice. Price reflects this.
