Antique Essex Crystal Duck Brooch

Antique brooch, made in back-carved Essex crystal with gilded frame.  The polished crystal domed centre, has a carved and coloured decoration of a flying duck carved into the flat base. Popular collectible items, dating from late Victorian to Edwardian era. (Late 19th century to early 20th century). The frame has a pattern of overlaid leaves. Item measures 3.83 cm wide by 3.02 cm. Very good condition
