Ginger jar, converted to a lamp - it stands 40cm high incuding the baton-holder fitting. Diameter is about 16 cm.  Traditional designs in the Chinese Famille Rose style. Pretty lamp, with just one fault - it has a missing piece ( a chip) in the neck of the jar, in the white area between the lid and the main body (see image). This could be repaired. This is a personal item of mine, (I'm having a clear-out) which was used in a spare bedroom. The chip never bothered me, as I just turned the lamp round so that you couldn't  see it. You would need to fit your own plug to this item, as it currently has an English plug. The base is wooden, distressed. All very good, except the chip. Price reflects this.
