Vintage Coty Perfume Bottle in Case.

Small bottle for Muguet de Coty scent, (Lily of the Valley) in its original hinged metal case. The  case is either silver plated or chrome, and has the Coty crest and name on the front. Inside, the interior walls are gilded, and the bottle stands behind a cut-work bracket bearing the company name. I’ve never seen this case before - usually they are in decorated cardboard. The front of the case has some wear or bloom, but overall, this vintage item is in very good condition for the age. It dates from the early 1940s, to early 1950s.  (Obviously, there is no perfume in the bottle now).
