Vintage Boxed Danish Enamel Salts and Spoons.

Very stylish pair of open salt  and/or pepper carriers, made in sterling silver, with guilloché enamel to the interiors. They come in their original box, and with their matching silver and enamel salt spoons.  Maker is ELA Denmark, their history is quoted as follows: "ELA Denmark" primarily refers to vintage, high-quality Danish sterling silver jewellery and tableware, especially items with guilloché enamel, produced by silversmith Egon Lauridsen, a key figure in Denmark's mid-century modern design era, known for exquisite craftsmanship during the 1950s-1980s, becoming collector's items today."  Beautiful duck-egg blue enamel with multi-star design in the base. Classic rather Deco shape.  Salts measure 5.2 cm diameter each, and 2 cm high. Spoons are 6 cm long.  One spoon has some cracks in the enamel work, otherwise all in very good condition. Fully hallmarked.
