Velvet and Gold Rugby Cap, 1939 and Rule Book.

New Zealand rugby memorabilia - a red and black velvet cap with gold braid and top knot. Inside is the name A. Black.  Woven date: 1939. Very good condition. It comes with a small booklet titled " Laws of the Game 1948", by the New Zealand Rugby Football Union.
