Sterling Silver Antique Christening Mug

Very pretty little mug, hallmarked for Birmingham, England, 1871. Very Victorian with its ornate engraving of tulips, chrysanthemums, daisies  etc.  On the front it has a presentation panel which reads (I think): “To M. Clark, a Birthday present from A & T.C. Tahyman”  (the last name is sure to be wrong, but Gothic script defeats me). Maker’s mark is for Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham.  Jug measures 9 cm high and 5.5 cm diameter at its widest part. Excellent condition.
