Royal Copenhagen Art Vase, Nils Thorsson.

Iconic mid-century modern design, Baca by Nils Thorsson. The back-stamp is for Royal Copenhagen, Denmark Fajance. Circa 1960s. Wonderful technique and beautiful muted grey. brown, cream and white design. Matt finishes to the faience vase with highlights of gloss glaze. Mottled stoneware pattern to shoulders and inside the neck. Bottle or flask shape.  Vase measures 13 cm high, 10.2 cm wide and 7.3 cm deep - measured midway down the vase. Externally excellent condition, internally one rust mark to the inside base.
