Red Amberfine Necklace in Original Box.

Lovely deep glowing red colour to this necklace - round beads, each 1.4 cm diameter and knotted individually, Amberine was a common name used for a bead which is usually made either from bakelite or reconstituted dyed amber. Necklace measures 41.5 cm long. Excellent condition. It comes in its original box, with the retailer’s label “A gift from HUDSONS watchmakers and jewellers. The Little Shop. 65 Pitt Street Auckland.” This item would date around mid 20th century.
