Halium Silicon Necklace or Neck Band Cord.

Black necklace base, on which you can put charms or pendants or whatever you choose.  Made by Halia originally for their charms, and called Halium - but probably it is a form of silicon. It has sterling silver fittings and clasp. Total length:  44.5 cm. Diameter: 0.247 cm (2.47 mm). New condition, new old jeweller's stock.
