German Silver and Coral Antique Thimble.

Pretty thimble, probably German .800 silver and silver gilt. It has a circle of coral cabochons around the base with cut-work curl design between each one. Comes in a little velvet and satin lined case with Morocco leather exterior. Thimble measures 2.1 cm high with an external base diameter of 1.8 cm. Very good condition, some very minor age marks to the case. Inside the case is the supplier’s name:  “J. Cameron & Sons, Jeweller, Kilmarnock”.
