(The original was published in Paris in French, in 1978). IBSN 0 333 31930 3. Soft cover, 448 pages. Book measures 23.5 cm by 16 cm and 3.2 cm thick. It has a presentation inscription inside, a few marks on the front index page. Otherwise very good condition. A cookery buff's must-have.
