Beaten Silver and Paua Necklace.

Modernist style necklace with triangular iridescent New Zealand paua shell pieces spaced by snake-like curved bars of hammered silver. Hallmarked on the tongue of the catch. Necklace measures 41 cm long (16 inches).  The paua shell is graduated with the centre one being approx. 4 cm long, and the smallest ones being around 2.5 cm long.  Very good condition. Pre-owned, a very striking and unusual necklace.
