Very nice quality heart pendant - a mother of pearl puff heart enclosed in 18ct gold, with 18ct bale. There is a white gold "tail" across the face of the pendant, into which  4 diamonds are set, tapering in size from top to bottom. Pendant measures 1.80 cm wide by by 2.53 cm high including the bale. It is cushion-shaped, and measures 0.88 cm thick. (88 mm). TW: 3.2g.  Pe-owned, but in excellent condition.
