Vintage ring, two diamonds and three pale blue sapphires in the Ceylonese style of colour, mounted in 18ct yellow gold. Face of ring measures 1.5 cm  by 0.05 cm (5 mm). Band is bevelled, tapers from 4 mm at shoulders to 2.5 mm at rear of finger. Not hallmarked, but tests solidly as 18ct, and guaranteed as such. The tables on four of the stones (not the central one) all differ in size a bit - possibly mine-cut or such. Some normal age abrasions to the sapphires, only visible under magnification. Ring fitting is NZ/UK size P (USA size 7.1/2) with an internal diameter of 17.75 mm. TW: 3.1 to 3.2 grams.  Very attractive ring, in a popular style, excellent as wear-alone or as a stacking ring.
