Georgian Period Silver Pie Spoon, 1793.
Sterling silver English pie or basting spoon. Hallmarks for London, 1793 in the reign of King George III. Maker’s mark is for George Smith III and William Fearn. Spoon measures 33.5 cm long. Some minor usage marks to the bowl (could be polished out, very minor small pits). The stem finial has the initials “J.L.P” engraved in flowing script. TSW: approx. 142g. Very good condition.
