Late Victorian Epergne, Silver Plated.
Two-trumpet epergne, made by Walker & Hall, Sheffield, A1 plate, late 1800s. The design is in the shape of leaves and creeper-tendrils, with the tendrils curling to hold the trumpets. The leaves have a textured finish, and there is one lily-like flower. Item measures 27.5 cm wide, by 15.5 cm deep and 15 cm high. The trumpets are removable. There are black spots on the silver on the top of the trumpets (probably caused by dust), they may clean off, but if not, a good flower display from each of the trumpets would cover them.
