Early 1900s Silver and Enamel Small Ladle.
900 purity silver small ladle with beautiful enamel work of holly leaves and star (or flower) to the finial. European make, (900 is a little below the English 925 purity) with twist design silver stem and gilded silver bowl. The enamel work is transparent like glass. I can't identify the maker's mark or isit the country mark - which seems to be an M with a hammer facing down through the middle of the M. A bit like the Spanish mark, but not the same format. Item measures 3.75 cm long, and the bowl is 5 cm from rear to pourer lip. Slight kink in the stem (could be straightened easily) but overall excellent condition. Such a decorative, pretty piece of workmanship.
