Vintage Johnson Bros., England, Willow 25 piece coffee set. Six cups, six saucers, cream jug, sugar bowl and large coffee pot. Made in England - impressed mark for this. The cups are small, demi-tasse size, 5.7 cm high (2.1/2 inches) by 5.9 cm diameter plus handle. The saucers are 11.5 cm diameter (4.1/2 inches). Coffee pot is 22 cm high (8 inches) and 24 cm wide handle tip to spout tip (9.1/2 inches). The main body is about 12.3 cm diameter.  One cup has a glued handle repair, a little crudely executed, but seems to be holding well. Don’t know how strong this is, or wether it could be washed normally. It looks like acrylic superglue. Apart from that, everything else is absolutely excellent. Sugar bowl is slightly different, in that it has no border transfer. Maker’s mark dates it as 1913 plus - probably it would be around 1950s.
