Round tin with lid scene of coach and horses passing along English village street. Base has three little “feet” and is printed “Thorne’s. The World’s Premier Toffees”. Tin measures 13 cm diameter by 3 cm high. Lid has a few very tiny chips to the enamel, and some very shallow slight hollows (could be pressed out from the inside?) - these are very minor.  There is some surface rust to underneath of base (doesn’t show through inside though). All in all, a good tin, probably dating circa 1950.
