Flower stem holder, called a frog, to fit inside a vase so that flowers remain in postion. This one has 12 holes inthe first row, and 7 holes in the domed part. It measures 11 m diameter. Height is 4.6 cm. Moulded glass, with "Made in Czechoslovakia" on the rim. It has three chips  chips on the edge - not seen when in a vase. Circa 1930s-50s.
