Canadian antique souvenir. Small Edwardian porcelain vase with decoration of hand painted maple leaf with gilded outline. Underneath the leaf is the faint remains of the word “Winnipeg”. It has a sterling silver rim, with the English hallmarks for Birmingham, 1907. Vase measures 66 mm high and the base is 54 mm diameter. Top is 26 mm diameter. A few minor shallow dents in the silver, otherwise excellent condition.

Crested ware from Willow Art China, Longton in the Staffordshire Potteries. (Hewitt & Leadbeater). The pottery operated from 1907–1926, so this little coal truck was made in this period. It features the crest of Newcastle on Tyne, and has the caption “A truck of Coal from Newcastle”. Measures 7 cm high, 8.8 cm long and 5 cm wide (2.3/4 inches by 3.1/2 inches by 2 inches). Excellent condition. Gilded edges.

An early Grafton China (A B Jones & Sons, England) souvenir cup for the town of Napier, in New Zealand. This is very fine china, cream and high gloss, a little like Belleek. The cup has a tulip shape, with body embossing to rim and lip. Gilding around edges. It carries the crest for Napier on one side — crest has wear to it. Maker’s mark is for the period 1900–1913. Very good condition — some wear to the gilding and the crest. There is a tiny little rough firing lump on the rim.

Pretty painted glass souvenir-ware bottle, with crest of Tenby. I think this lovely little item is a night light or candle holder. It has gilding, and painted pink flowers and green wreaths. The clear glass chimney has white and gilt enamel dots on it. The funnel neck is 2.5 cm diameter, and the base is 6 cm diameter; height is 6 cm. A small amount of very minor scuffing to white paint, but really in excellent condition.
