Art Deco Charlotte Rhead Crown Ducal Vase Item number: C3718 Date: 1930s Price: NZ$398.00 A beautiful vase by the British designer Charlotte Rhead. Made by Crown Ducal potteries (A G Richardson & Co) of Tunstall in the Staffordshire Potteries. This would have been made in the 1930s, and is in the typical colours of the year, dark apple green, cream, orange and pewter. It is decorated in Charlotte Rhead’s trademark tube lining, and is signed by her on the base (see photos). In very good condition. It measures 14.5 cm high and is 16.5 cm wide handle to handle. |
