Scouts Thanks badge stick pin or lapel pin. Scout Thanks badges are awarded for good service to an adult, both within and out of the Movement.  Stamped on the rear “Silver”. Dates 1937-1970. Mounted as a pin with a screw-off keeper on the shaft. This fitting would date it in the earlier period of the 1930s to 50s. Face of badge has gilding on the low points. Measures 5.8 cm long by 1.6 cm  wide. Very good condition - this is a very nice example of one of these very collectable badges from the Scout Movement.
