Very good quality decanter by Webb Corbett, England. Webb Corbett is one of the great names in English lead-crystal glass - founded in 1897, taken over by Royal Doulton in 1969, and finally dropped by them in 1986. This decanter is top quality, heavy weight, and in excellent condition, that is no chips or cracks. It has some marks around the internal neck, where the stopper has ground with age. It has the etched Webb Corbett mark under the base, with the “T” for Tutbury mark. It measures 30 cm high with the stopper in place, and about 10 cm diameter.
